JeanLuc here again with SUPER EXCITING news! No sooner did I post yesterday’s blog, referencing my growly level frustration and swishy tail, did I get a phone call from the nice folks up in the Lake County Building Department with the news that our plans for the Orlando Cat Café have been approved! Did they read my blog and didn’t want to deal with a growly cat? Who knows – but the end result is the end result!
Approved!
This means that we can officially start construction! That also means that within 90 days we will be up and open for business!
I have checked with our contractor, Kalos Services, Inc., and I do believe that they are going to let me do some of the actual work, so stay tuned to this blog for pictures of me working (and not just at my desk!).
I am taking the rest of the day off. To be honest, I think I have earned it. If I could pat myself on my back I most certainly would! Instead, I am going to take a bath, nap, have a snack and then play with some of those catnip toys I have been neglecting.
Tomorrow it’s back to work!
